blah i think my gow3 is f*ked up... i'm pretty sure i suppose to walk that way and jump off a ledge.. only problem is.. the screen is all messed up.. it's like when ur computer window freezes and u can move it around and it makes millions of frozen copy and ur screen like optical illusion -_- it's not loading.. gay...

anyone considering mod nation racer?
it's little big planet meets mario kart..sort of.

it doesn't look appealing to me but i feel like i should buy it to suppot the local gaming devs

I'm planning to get it, I like all the custom tracks people can upload and anyone can play, plus the fact that you can customize your character and your kart is a plus

from what i'm reading the physics isnt too great and all karts have the same specs so it's all up to the driver's skills...and ricing your karts out lol

and there's no battle mode like DK racing where you duke it out in an arena

I hadn't heard of it til now but I'm gonna take a look at it, physics and specs don't overly matter to me as Mario Kart 64 is still one of my favourite games ever. Being able to build custom tracks is something I've been looking for ever since I lost the disc for this no-name computer game I bought that let you do that.

edit: when does it come out? I can't see the game or a demo in the store.

I have yet to pay full retail for any PS3 game and I'm not about to start now. Paying 1/4 of the cost of the console for 1 game seems a bit crazy to me.

i only paid full $60 price once before and that was GTAIV
pretty sad cause 8-10 months later it dipped to 25 on a sale..oh well store credits =/= cash :p

haha i have paid full price for games as gifts; but not for myself yet on the ps3

meh i pay full price on collector's edition game i plan on keeping only.. otherwise i preorder at eb and trade it back in within 7 days to get full credit back ~ 7 days is plenty to beat a game.. even if i like that game i'd probably still trade it back in for the full credit first and buy it later when it drop price or buy it used

we paid 50/50 for ff13, gow3, killzone...etc

i paid full price for COD:MW2 tho, cuz that game is AWESOME, esp with the night vision goggles
