I played the demo for modnation. Nothing too crazy imo

when comparing MNR to LBP the physics and visuals are average at best

Got it too. T2 + $9.99 from EB on day one and it's fun with kids.

Also got my new PS3 slim (40/45nm) for less than $200... It's barely warm after few hours of MW2. :D

is it just me or i find certain levels the career mode is really hard

gotta finish within 3rd place or sometimes first place

and u cant adjust the level of toughness

I started Blur last night which is awefully similar to ModNation Racer except in real cars.

damn, shouldn't have bought Blur. :( oh well, it's like $30 each for me anyway. :p

I'm getting hooked on blur. Really fun when you go online and the ranking up is pretty much similar to mw2

if u do it right, $150 or less is possible. ;) I did the 2nd for that much, but it's a bit late now. :p

some EB might still let you do that if you can find the right turd (i mean games :p) EB is very slow at reacting the promotion, some were able to T2+$/T3 for any title at the same price.

Or find 2 decent game around $10~20 has TIV close to $20 and do PT + GG for July (2 of them). Once you played with GG, return it for credit and you should have enough credit toward RDR with your credit.

hint : CSI : deadly intent ($10 @ some zellars) with TIV 18.5 and Lego Rockband ($18 if you PM BB at FS). $36 x 1.5 = $54 wich is close to what RDR is.

Or find a BFBC2 (most wanted this month) which PT with GG on Transformer for $60. You might be able to get BFBC2 used around $30~$35 or less.

According to RFD, Demon's Souls is now 29.99 at Gamestop and Amazon.ca. Is it worth buying or is it going to be way too hard for my own good?

Should be a price drop. Someone claimed it was going to become a greatest hits game (which it already is in Japan). I'm not too sure if it's true though.

I too am debating if I the game will be too hard and frustrating to play and I do still have about 5 games backlog.

^this is very true about the game...the game is hard itself so i don't play "online" i just unplug my network cable...offline is hard as it is...why would i want to play online?

Demon Souls' is a winner if you want a challenge...first boss...u will die 100% guarantee, but the game has awesome graphics and is actually fun to play after awhile if you have the balls to play it in the beginning. $29.99 is worth it...i got mine for like $40
