i went to EB games to do a trade in of prince of persia. they have a system and list of how much the hottest games are worth and such.
POP is only worth $37 (which is still super good considering i only paid $20 for that game)

yup, i asked the guy at EB yesterday when i went to put in my pre-order for KZ2. he said it's not really advertised, but Prince of Persia (PS3) is worth $50 as a trade-in so when i pick up KZ2 tomorrow, the guy says i'll only owe him another 5bux (after my $5 deposit). :thumbsup:

his throws have priority, so its hard to get close and get in an attack before he throws you
yeah, i've been using him more now, his super and his ultra is pretty easy to cancel into. the only thing is that he doesn't have a normal uppercut, so its hard to defend against cross ups and so on

i'll probably be on around 5:45 or so

does the 'Lariat' come out fast enough to counter cross ups? it used to in previous SF games (kick x3 one, not the slower punch x 3)

yeah it depends on the timing, latriot had one of the best priorities in the old school streeet fighter games but in this one zangief is more toned down

that's what it seems like to me as well.

it doesn't have that priority in the first few frames of starting up.

ive never encountered that reverse block jump kick move thing before, i had no idea how to counter it, i tried teleporting, i tried blocking, tried down sweeping, eventually i found out that the knee press gets me away from it, and hits you in the process, like 6 games too late.

there was that one round where you teleported past my Ultra and kicked my ass from behind (didn't expect that!) and the round after, i did the uppercut, super combo, then ultra combo before you landed...that was a good round!! :thumbsup:
