is PS3 gonna have a price drop soon? Sony is losing so much $$

With the PS2 going for $100, it's still selling like hot cakes.

i can't see it dropping in price anytime soon. probably closer to Christmas time i'm thinking...

heard from my couz who works at FS saying that PS3 should be dropping to $299 soon

damn gonna be so cheap now. when i got my ps3 when it first came out 2.5yrs ago i bought it for like 7 bills lol...oh well it was well worth the money anyways :thumbsup: better than my 360 that gave me the red rings of death :haha:

yeah..im still kinda mad i paid 5-6 bills for mine..then 3 weeks later they dropped the price and walmart wont give me their 'lowest price guranteed' because i was few days too late :(

I must be crazy when I saw this ad. I only saw a part of it. But it said that they were going to bundle the PS3 AND the PSP together and it worked out that you get the PSP for free. I know in Germany they are doing it.

^^ can't wait to play many of those games. not totally sold on infamous just yet though, but i'll probably pick it up. there's also fight night round 4 and bionic commando coming out so the ps3 is gonna keep getting busy especially since school's out lol

i usually dont buy games that only offers singleplayer when they first come out..just cause i cant justify their price especially now at $70. Also most of them are <10 hours these days.

and prototype reminds me of assassin's creed...most hyped up game of the generation Lol.
