After unlocking Akuma, Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose, Fight him on arcade mode, to do that, Get at least 2 perfects and 3 Ultra Finishes.

YOU MUST BEAT ARCADE WITH AKUMA BEFORE CHALLENGING HIM OR YOU WON"T UNLOCK HIM, EVEN IF YOU BEAT HIM!

akuma i did the same thing took me 4 tries i was like wat the hell

people can randomly challenge you if you're playing sfiv and connected to psn? I was just playing single player and i was 2nd round of the first fight and someone challenged me. I beat them the first game but they killed me 2nd game cuz I was using zangief.

^ you have to beat the game at least once with akuma, so gouken appears in his ending.

that guy said you have to beat the game with every characters atleast once

i unlocked everyone tonight, just set it to easiest and 1 round

akuma: first round perfect, and just finish every other match not perfect with no ultra move as the finisher and you'll fight akuma
have to unlock all the other characters (excluding akuma, gouken, seth) and have to use a character you already beat the game with

gouken: first 2 rounds perfect, then the next 3 rounds finish with ultra move and then just win the remaining matches with no perfect with no ultra move as the finisher
also have to unlock akuma already and beat the game once with akuma

:lol I was playing normal and 2 round until I saw that youtube video with the guy saying it doesnt matter what difficulty and # of round you choose as long as you get what you need. I finished it with ken, ryu and chun li yesterday, gonan change the settings and unlock everything tonight :thumbsup:

on IGN it says 2 perfect doesnt say which order, i can do perfect first match, and last match perfect. It was so vague the way they say it which makes it sound like it can juts be some random 2 perfect 3 ultras

yet in the video above it said to do only one ultra i think

you can get the perfect and ultras during any round, but i do them first and then just mess around
i know other sites have stated else wise, i'm just writing what i did to unlock them, and i did unlock them so yeah
