HAHA, yeah I tend to hit my knuckles pretty bad, did it REAL bad today and mangled my thumb, still hurts and was bleeding at first cause I almost peeled the nail right off it. :( But the worst thing I tend to do it bang my head on the hood multiple times when standing up out of the engine bay. Damn that tends to get annoying.

PS, how was the lube?

Oh, just remembered this and figured I would ask.

This guy I work with (he is a total ricer) CLAIMS his friend just bought a 89 Turbo that SUPPOSEDLY puts out 500HP. I just wanna know if anyone knows of this car at all? The kid that told me is still in highschool, goes to Ballenas here in Parksville. I call bullshit on this but just wanna check if any of you know of this car or anything at all?

Alright.....talked to that kid again today. I called it....sounds even more like bullshit! Now his story is that he heard about this kid from someone else and is not friends with him and does not know the guy who supposedly got the TII. But either way, still lookin into it and gonna see if I can find out the kids name.....I doubt it has 500hp though.....

And still no sign of the tires, booo. Lordo also messed up my order for the clutch master cylinder so it should be here by tommorow afternoon from vic, I miss my car.

I doubt a 500 hp FC alot too, I've have seen or heard about it by now....also I had a friend of a friend who claimed that his Turbo II was twin turbo...you know...because of the 2 after the word turbo and all. :rolleyes:

Yeah, being that the kid is a total ricer I bet it has somewhere around 250hp and they think it is so damn fast that it must have like 500hp. I would not be suprised if he tells me later that he accomplished this on stock Turbo and stock fuel system. All he told me about the car is that it shoots flames on every shift....and he spoke like it was impressive to do so obviously knows nada about rx-7's. He also thinks his moms Nissan Sentra is fast so whatever.....

T2 hood
10" Sub
recover all the carpet + doors
seats
CS white face gauges
T2 hood

just stuff like that then if i have enough time ill drop in the T2 engine or ill just do the bodykit then the engine.. i have 2 years to keep it slow for now.. so after 2 years if i dont have an engine to put in ill buy it then..

sounds like people are getting bodykits for their RX-7s nowdays.

Yeah, well anything to make the car look even better then they already do can be worth it. For some that is....I wouldn't mind a kit, but would rather spend cash on engine stuff right now. :D Maybe in the future....that Bomex kit kicks ass.....very good looking.
