To those who weren't there, it was a gravel parking lot and I did a little oversteer around some cars which got a little out of control.

i have a question for a few of you.. i am hooking up my electric fan and i need to remove the rubber tube coming from the top of the rad to the engine.. i was wondering if i could remove it without coolant going everywhere?

No, you can't. But why do you need to take it off? You should be able to clear the fan from the schroud without removing the hose.

If It's MINT it sounds reasonable, otherwise he's asking too much.

ya george i could use an extra hard with this install.. call me... i need to mount the probe in the top of the rad so i need to get the hose off but i figured it out... perfect idea!! :)

would it not work if you jsut clamped the hoozel? just a thought...

to remove a rad pipe hose, just let the engie sit cold overnight, get out some towels/rags/wutever. losen it off. drop it out and let the cooland drip into the rags, there shouldnt be much leak at all considering the piping is totally absent of fluid at that point.

YO- Tyler, i can help you with those brake pads...buy some from napa or your local auto parts store, or whatever. Pretty easy to install, just lemme know, you can disconnect that hose....it will spill some coolant but you can always topper up

heres the question of the day.. i installed my fan and got it working sweet.. but car will run hotter then before.. so i need to find a new fan blade.. one that will give more air pushin in the middle... the fiero one only pushes around the outside and not hard enough straight to the engine.. i need your ppl to think what fan i could use.. a fan that prob has lots of bends.. and an aggressive angle in the wings... unless u know of anything i could use to make a plastic circle plate so i can modify the stock fan and put that on the electric fan motor.. ill leave ya with that a fast input would be appreciated i hate runnign my car hotter than it need to be... :) thanks buddys

EDIT- Nevermind i figured it out! i was useing it without the shroud so it was sucking the hot air in from the engine bay.. but i found out to late after i reinstalled my old one!! :)

If anyone wants to buy it i will sell it since i dont feel like reinstalling it again.. prob like 70$... let me know!! :)
