My insurance rate is fucked for the time being. I got into an accident, so it's +30% surcharge. I should get a 5% discount upcoming year, then hopefully in 2 years I'll be back to where I was before. 92 civic, $3000. LOL

Insurance maybe still under their name but i still pay for it... cheaper for me anyways

ctsport 10-27-2009 02:16 AM

Approx <1500
03 Accord Coupe V6 6MT
+ 3 million
no collision/comprehensive
20% disc me thinks (got into an accident a while ago)

While car insurance is generally cheaper in Alberta, "full coverage" is a subjective term, even if you have the same deductibles and liability coverage. The programs between provinces are set up completely differently meaning that full coverage in one province does not provide identical benefits to full coverage in another.

i have a 05 c230 kompressor sitting around and wanna insure for weekend car, befor when i was using this car i was payin about 275 a month.. if i insure this as a weekend car how much would it cost? half the price?

umpadupa 01-14-2010 12:53 AM

^ vehical location plays a big factor too.. ( i work for autoplan) he have the vehicle location on an island... or a different territory... not to mention 15% works out to be quite alot when you pay 3K. im guessing he only has comp and no coll.. every policy is different

94 civic cx hatch is $1680/yr 3mill tpl + spec perils

ICBC sucks.

You suck as much as ICBC.

You pay $3.5K/yr to insure a car worth maybe double that? Take collision and comprehensive off and you'll save 1/3 to 1/2 I bet.

TRD Rs200 01-15-2010 06:39 AM

way too much...

More then that, my truck payment is $650, Insurance $200 a month and my fuel bill is $800-1400 a month depending on where our jobs is located and how much driving I'm doing that month. So on the low end it's like $1600+ a month.

Mugen EvOlutioN 01-15-2010 01:25 PM

 jealoused

i wish my insurance and gas would be covered...that would be hellla sweet

better than getting a $5 dollar raise

CorneringArtist 01-15-2010 02:06 PM

$1500 with...-5% discount, no collision, 500k third-party, driving an 87 Toyota Cressida.

Only been driving about 4 months so it's stupid high.
