from what i can remember for my interview.. they were pretty generic questions
- how well you deal under pressure
- situational question
- strengths/weaknesses
in total, i had three different interviews
- over the phone
- group
- two-on-one
i found the group interview the hardest since you need to make yourself stand out

Just got a job at Shaw in Calgary as a TSR, going to make 17.25/hr. I been reading a lot bad reviews on shaw from ratemyemployer.com. Could something who works in the TSR department tell me how the working condition is? ty

Fuck Shaw. I am 100% white and from Canada and my interviewer was from Europe or something with a heavy accent. I swear everyone in his department that I saw pass by was also European and the whole interview process was very unprofessional and a joke.
Im way more qualified and have been in the field at a higher level for years and they didn't hire me. At the time I was pissed, but now that I look at it i am glad I didn't get hired. They are a terribly run company and they don't pay as much as their competitors. Go Telus and move your way up. Its unionized and they pay excellent but it is very hard to get on.

Posted via RS Mobile | Not sure if it's different from TSR, but from what I understood during my interview the answer would be no. You have to be available for all shifts, including weekends and evenings. No harm in asking your interviewer though if you haven't had one yet |

No whining here sir . I just work for one of their major competitors (No name dropping) so of course i am going to think they are garbage. After seeing their work on hundreds of sites , many even commercial grade I definitely think my opinion is valid.
No need to get your panties in a knot tho, im sorry if I don't agree with your viewpoints on Shaw. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I think they are shit. |

I don't really know what i am suppose to be proving here? I have always thought Shaw wasn't the greatest company as soon as I got into the communications industry. Telus sure isn't perfect but they are doing a lot better job then Shaw!
Are we done here now?

I work as a TSR at Shaw. The schedule is likely the same for CSR and TSR with a few minor differences. You must be available from 7AM - 11:30PM, Sunday - Saturday. You will know your schedule weeks ahead of time (at least a month in advance). You can switch with other people if you want to as well but they must be willing to accept your trade. I.e. Someone is working from 8AM-4PM and you work from 2PM - 10 PM, you can switch with the other person.
