Luongo could be back on tuesday!!!. Good thing or bad thing, I don't even know :S. We seem to be doing well right now without him ahahhah.

I don't think the broadcast on CityTV has anything to do with the World Series because the World Series would have been on the other SN feeds. And here's something interesting, the game on Sun, 14 Feb 2010 vs the Wild is also showing CityTV.

I dunno, I bet more people care about Game 7 of the World Series than some silly hockey game between the Canucks and Wild. :p

it might be a bad thing, becuz Lu is gonna come back and have some bad starts and say "the team must play better". With Raycroft, his attitude is that "I must play better for the team and help them win".

But yeah, i am glad Raycroft is playing well and the nucks is winning. As a fan I like to see Raycroft start in goall until he becomes Crapcroft again.

Well, in last nights interview, AV said the best players get the most ice time. Raycroft's been playing well so let's see. Part of why I hoped he got another SO against NY, is cause I want to see him play til he has a bad showing and AV shouldn't deny him if he's proving he deserves to start.

If Luongo is healthy, you can guarantee that he will be playing.

Ya, right or wrong Raycroft could go 3 shutouts in a row before Luongo comes back but Lu is starting the minute he's healthy.

if the star goalie was anyone other than luongo, raycroft keep playing until he tanked. i don't expect he'll play much if luongo is indeed healthy.

Yeah, that's the sucky part. Assuming he's healthy, Lu starts 99% of the time, even if his backup is hot. Why? Because you don't sit a $7.5M player...

If a backup goalie reels 2 SO's in a row you're starting him the next game, regardless of if your #1 is ready to play. Then again, the style AV has them playng makes it tough to open it up.
