lol, nbc just cut its coverage of the last bits of the ceremonies to air the marriage ref and news only to return to it an hour later for the last hour of the ceremonies.

lolol was downtown since 3pm and man GONGSHOW EVERYWHERE


first thing i see walking down granville right by the london drugs, 15 brown guys looking in their teens with about 5 of them pulling out their belts and wrapping it around their hands like they all gangster walking around acting all tough

also seen tons of people climb the ladder on granville/robson and seeing the cops telling them to get off lolol

got HELLA lots of high-fives all day from everyone.. getting out of downtown was a fucken gongshow.

had to walk over the granville bridge before i could flag down a cab..

saw part of the closing ceremony on robson square and WTF IS THIS BS? nickelback then avril lavinge and then hedley

side note parking in Tinsletown was great and we didnt get downtown till around 4:30pm


I think it would probably have been more fun hanging out downtown than sitting in BC Place though... closing ceremonies were meh:/
