thank goodness for the UI improvement..now we can buy parts right before race screen instead of exiting to GT life then into tuning shop..

I'm loving the restrictions all over again, just can't get to 1st on the Elise lol

I cant even come in first in the laguna seca(subaru wrx sti sedan) event...tried it a few times and came in fifth...those fuckn restrictions
anyone have a good tune for this car?

I tried it a couple of times, my best was Bronze (3rd). I'm using the following suspension settings:

Ride Height: -10/-10
Springs Rate: 8.2/9.3
Extension: 5/6
Compression: 3/3
Anti-Roll Bars: 3/3

Camber: -2.5/-1.5
Toe: 0/0

I'll run these settings a few more times and see If I can do better. If not I'll tweak them some more.

The new tire restrictions are really annoying esp for the STi Race.

if you find the front tire are always lockin up first....
put brake bias to the back for the STi event... =P

Whats you're guys' fastest lap around daytona? i've been ripping around it in my veyron for the last 15 mins and best I could do was 38.841. My LFA couldnt go any better than 41.7 but I havent really tweaked the settings too much on either cars.

i could care less about oval tracks lol..unless you are talking about the road courses

I'm not sure you can do the road course in 38seconds lol!



Does anyone know how long the online dealership bonus going to last? I need a Forumula GT! I hope its not over already lol.

Thanks for the information. Though I find it funny that he pretty much maxes the cars out on mods and weight reduction, but uses the power limiter and adds weight ballast.

CIVIC RACE!!!! SO SWEET!!

I took my stock EK CTR and smoked them all! It's so much fun.
I moved my gear box to the other side so it feels like I'm driving a RHD hehe. So much fun it!

When is GT5 going to bring back the one make race. I remember when you went to the dealership you were able to do a one make race. Those were pretty fun as well.

the EK CTR is a fun car to drive eh? I always just drive that car around tsukuba or suzuka for a good 30mins or so and it feels so damn good :fuckyea:

Oh yea! Same here! Tsukuba and Suzuka are fun to drive around for days. The EK CTR and ITR are so much fun!
I take the NSX-R around Nurburgring all the time as well.

Amuse S2K is so fast.

The formula gran turismo event is pretty nuts. not sure if its worth the 70k for 20 laps lol

just pace yourself within the race, get a good tune online and it's quite fun. My first try on Monza (cote d'azur) i wiped out on like the last lap..it was brutal knowing i wasted 30 minutes

I've been playing that Honda Civic seasonal race over and over again. I'm RICH!!! lol
I decided to turn off all assist and there's no difference with a stock EK CTR. I'm having so much fun with GT5 lately I decided to record it all with my DSLR Nikon D90 and GoPro. I know its nothing great, quality sucks and my driving needs a lot of work but I had a blast :)



Now I'm trying to do a lap around Nurburgring with my stock NSX-R with all assist off and its kind of tough but getting the hang of it. First time trying with assists off so bare with me. :p

Finally get your wheel replaced?

So pissed I was in extreme doing the nascar series and in champ mode.. get to the last track (daytona) w. all gold and then those fuckers wiped me out.. booo

^ you can still gold the championship if you skip the last race as long as you came in first for the other races
