ugh. going home. everyone is bailing out of work. planned office xmas lunch canceled. already at half staff because many parents have to stay home due to school closures, and those who did get their kids to schools that did open are getting calls to come and get them because they are closing.

fucking morons in pickups are flying down the street fishtailing while kids are playing in the snow -_-

its still coming down pretty steadily in richmond

-also saw a few idiots in pick up trucks speeding past red lights at 7am this morning on Grandview Highway and Fraser street in East Van.

They're driving fast through that narrow stretch of road as if it was Gran Turismo 6.

I hate those idiots. Those and the ones that are so uncomfortable and scared of the snow they drive 20km/h in a plowed 60 zone. If your not capable or if your car is not capable of driving in the snow stay home!!!

IT wasnt too bad.. I work near garden city/alderbirdge and live by Starlight casino area..
running all seasons and drove in 2nd gear all the way home... this was 7am.. the road was bumpy as hell.. sounded like your sitting in a jumbo jet taking off with the turbines running full...

bah... light drizzle now in Richmond... snow is melting...but messy, dirty, ugly slushy roads...

saw the side wall.. said sport one and the tread pattern as well

I was surprised at how little they prepared the roads for the morning commute, I couldn't see the lines on Hastings St, was a game of guess the lane.

A bit more snow falling further out in the valley tonight still. Panago parking lot tonight had the perfect amount of snow to show my tire tread which I thought was cool though:

Lol. I'm so glad I'm not in the GVRD right now. My place has over a foot and a half of snow already. Even when its covered in white, the only time people slow down on the highway here is when it ices up. Otherwise we're all still bombing along at 90/100km/hr.
