Shaw Communications announced today it is suspending its plan to charge customers for going over their Internet usage limits.
And company president Peter Bissonnette suggested one of the options that could be considered in Shaw's newly revised Internet plans, to be released following a two-month public consultation, could be a no-cap, unlimited Internet service.
Good luck with having decent speeds if that's the case. They'll need to upgrade their infrastructure or else it's going to be balls to the walls non-stop downloading for people.
so yeah guys remember to capitalize the B if you want bytes and not bits
on the other hand, shaws too late, they lost me as a customer and theres no remedy for them being dishonest and doing things without notifying me.
Mirko Bibic is retarded. I can't believe the stuff that's coming out of his mouth.
I dun think he's really retarded. The poor man has to say what the board tell him to say to keep his job. Burger on the other hand can say whatever he wants cuz he IS the board. Posted via RS Mobile
If cable company were to charge extra for over use of cap, should they also give price reductions for people who underuse the cap? Too bad it doesnt go both ways.
