Direct2drive is the cheapest so far ($45), albeit the cheapest without offering any perks (Physical Warfare/SPECACT, etc), so I think I'm going to go with them unless I can find a way to get the US BestBuy pre-order bonuses up here.

Eb has the physical warfare...which is early access to those weapons/mods. I was gonna go with Spectat at bestbuy as well..for me it really doesnt matter now i guess..although I do want to get a physical copy.

Stylin in my opinion you could think about upgrading to a newer motherboard (ex. socket 1155). Check the local stores like ME or NCIX, some times they carry board+cpu bundles for very good prices. Check your current ram and decide maybe if it's worth it to get an additional 4gb. The Kingston HyperX 4gb I got in the winter only cost around $80, so it's not too expensive. But do make sure the parts fit perfectly together though. As for the video card I do believe the 4870 may be a little on the low-end side for running this game. Better frame rates = better gameplay right? :P

Maybe look to invest in a GTX 570 if the 580 is too expensive. Or if possible SLI 2 GTX 460s :P

in other news, health regen is now a server option, hope it includes vehicle auto-repair. They need to do the same with 3d spotting so a hardcore mode won't be needed :fullofwin:

is a 560TI the best card to get 250$ and under

i believe the 560ti and 6950 are the cards to get at that price mark
they both perform differently depending on game since lots of things to consider (shaders etc.) you know those shit ahha u know more than me

if you will be running 3 monitors, get the 6950 if not, get whichever is cheaper

560Ti wins out for BF3, I think... EA games are usually NVidia optimized.
