60 Monk 24k hp & 19k dps...inferno is ridiculously hard..i don't even wanna play it.

i find leveling solo is pretty fast.
is there really much reason to play multi?
i was playing 4 player with friends on my other toon and i didnt really see much of an advantage other than just the fact that you're playing with people.

depends...i think if your gear is some what decent, then soloing is better. You move on so much faster cause the monsters are easier to kill. BUT i find that in late hell/early inferno, its good to have teammates where you have to get resurrected during boss fights, etc. 2nd, good to have a good balance of barb(taunt), wiz/dh(range), monk(sustainability/heal/aura)

Got the game today. Playing as a barbarian...nothing like the badassery of jumping into a big pile of mobs and watching them fly all over the place.

the further I go with barbarian the more useless he becomes.....

so many aoe damge from rare mobs etc etc..

I grouped up with 2 other monks today. We were all level 36-38, and playing nightmare mode. Combined with different mantras, and crippling wave, we were a portable Blendtec.

Also, how much does the magic find modifier affect magic drops? Is there a noticeable difference with having a higher %? I'm at 58%, and it seems like there's an increase in quantity of magic drops, but not necessarily rare drops.

Tried builds all day and this helps me solo hell act 2.

Finally made it to inferno, 2 tries to beat diablo in hell, lvl 60 barb, 52k HP, 5.2k DPS

Why is my ping so high? 300ms in-game but speedtest shows 29ms.

lol can't list every item, but str and vit stats on every item and if they have sockets, socket it with vit gems. Still feels like nothing tho, health goes down fast when fighting certain elites

act 3/4 hell, if you have a good group its pretty easy till hit some elites. IMO barb,monk,wiz,+(wiz)or(wd) best group

check AH and search for cheap buy outs, I got a couple blue lower dam 1h (330 dps)for like 5-8k

wrong...the game is really gear dependent. You have to upgrade gear as you go along...the way i measure my characters strength is to search AH for the available weap DPS for the character level. Use that as the amount of dps needed to be able to cruise the difficulty. Basically anything below inferno is doable as long as you update your gear, especially weapons if your monk/barb/demonhunter.

you really need a barb in inferno in order to get the game progressing...right now most of my friends have to wait cause we don't have a barb. At least this is what we think...cause inferno is just stupidly hard

Finally a barb that knows how to play one correctly.... All the barbs I partied with had 28K ~ 32K hp for diablo and called it their "tank" build.......
