ive hit lvl 50 in hardcore im a monk with 92 resistance and im getting owned by fire and poison can anyone help me out to be some what immue?

Making my way through the last few bits of Hell to get to Inferno. Been stacking resistance gear since level 50 for Inferno. Can't wait to get spanked!

What kind of resistance do you guys have in hell / inferno?

I had so much fun (NOT!) getting owned by elites that castes those frickin freeze bombs + fast movement + walls.

I have about 250 ish resist, physical is a little higher around 300.
I am a witch doctor, so I don't need as much as the melee classes.

At this moment, High hp/vit seems overrated when you don't have resist.

all bout the resistance in inferno lol, i decided to use energy armour(wizard) which boost it up to 30% to 45%, so im sitting around 350ish, def a lot better than not having it lol

Getting bored of hell playing by myself .. And my friends aren't at hell yet.. And dont wanna play public games cause I'm scared of getting hacked :(:(

I got 6k armor and 900 phys resist, 840 in everything else on my wiz along with 26k dps and 30k hp. This is with prismatic armor rune. I take about 8.5% dmg. When I party up with a barb using the armor and res buff I can tank inferno act 2 pretty well.

One of my buddies got hacked last night, as usual he had no authenticator :(

Btw he is in a 2 week old rig that was virus protected since the first boot, so watch out guys these hackers are really persistent. Change your pw to something unique and get an authenticator. I'm going to try and fark inferno level loot for my friend but he's not going to play for the meantime which sucks.

a friend of mine said he got hacked a few days ago. He's a techy, so should have a pretty safe computer, and also has never ever played in a public game.. quite interesting. I guess i'm attaching that authenticator now.

unbuffed stats is about 5k armor 5k dps 500 all res
buffed 10k armor 9k dps 600-700 all res?
I still can't walk around in inferno act 2

Started to reroll a wizard and now I know why you guys ain't complaining lol. I only died once so far and I am level 29 lol

i spent a good hour trying to find chitara for the gemstone to no luck
same goes for the Rainbow Dye, found the alchemist quest twice, both times, the mysterious chest didnt spawn

Sitting at 7.5K DPS with 50K life. 200 physical resistance and almost completed Hell. So far, Hell is a breeze. Saving a shit ton of cash for res gear.

The only thing so far I fear are the elites that have the fire chain ability and desecrate. Oh god.
