Just picked up a 32gb for $240 and price matched that targus case at ncix for $12.78 lol, damn nice case for that price lol if anyone is looking for the link to price match it's on bestdirect.ca

So basically $255 for the 32gb and a nice case, I'm satisfied

My Nokia N95 8GB doesn't have any support for it anymore either...Yet it still runs like a tank with no problems....

:okay:

Hondaracer 09-03-2011 03:36 PM

Of course the one I buy from buddy is fucked..it turned on the first time
Right out of the box and went into a auto calibration then a
Manual one, once It was done it didn't give me any option to continue etc

So in the manual it says charge fully before setup, I've had it on the wallcharger for 2 hours now and it won't even turn on now..hmm

I've got the receipt etc will any ncix take a return or do I have to go to the one it was bought at?

Hey, a lot of people had been coming in with this same problem. I don't know if this will be the fix for you but it's worth a shot.

Unplug the device unit from the charger and hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Wait...see if anything appears on the screen...If not, then repeat the same process but this time with it directly connected to the wall charger.

Hope this works.

Hondaracer 09-03-2011 08:25 PM

When my charger is plugged in there isn't even the led light coming on so I think it's a hardware
Problem

LOL thanks man! Now I have to check to see if there are any new updates for my 7610, N73 and N78.

Also, Hondaracer, I just checked 2 of my Touch Pad's to see if the light turns on or flashes while it charges but it doesn't...

Are you using the stock charger?

Hondaracer 09-04-2011 10:20 AM

Yea used the stock charger, twisted the barrel back and forth etc then tried plugging the stock USB cable into an iPod wall charger, didn't work, then used a blackberry USB wall charger, didn't work :(

Guys on RFD is reporting that they have been receiving their 16 gig TP's this morning from HP. Guy's who have gotten them have 134XXX order numbers.
TD has been sending out the 16 gig TP's too but no specific sequince.

Hopefully my 32 gig will come some time next week.

LiquidTurbo 09-06-2011 08:44 AM

In HP's sept of Pivot, they clearly state that webOS will continue to be fully supported as a platform!

Hondaracer 09-06-2011 10:50 AM

Of course it will be with this many people holding their products now

I was suprised to see that the 32gb was going for 599 before the price drop

I am selling a completely BRAND NEW, but open box 16G HP Touchpad. I bought it, opened it, got it all set up and realized I don't really need it. I already have an iPhone, desktop, laptop and netbook, and this was just overkill.

Selling for $180 obo. First come first serve.

Touchpad is 100% like new, no fingerprints, never been dropped, no damage, only used for 1 hour and it was sitting on a microfibre cloth on my table while i was setting it up. All boxes and manuals are in pristine MINT condition, no finger prints or dents. The box that the HP box was inside will also be included. The plastic that the touchpad was encased in is still on the touchpad, absolutely nothing has been removed or altered. Like brand new.

Thanks

Here's another exclusive deal just for RedFlagDeals.com readers! Dell.ca has the Targus Truss Leather Case for the HP TouchPad for $12.99 when you use RedFlagDeals.com exclusive coupon code 48G1$2LD?XX3DB. Shipping is free.

Other retailers have been clearing it out as well, but Dell has the desirable combination of low price and free shipping.

I'm told quantities are limited on this one. The discount is good until September 16 at 6AM ET provided it doesn't sell out first.

For $99 why not. For $300, don't think so.
