How times have changed.. At 16 or 17 we used to send in our biggest friend to buy the booze, and it worked like 9 times out of 10

Dude loved blackberry cider too, so would get 2L bottles of that lol

Anyone know a ball park figure cost of painting a body kit black? Front lip, side skirts, and rear diffuser?

Then I said what difference does it make that if both of us leave the store, I come back in myself, and buy those exact bottles myself alone. They said they still wouldn't sell to me because there is presumption I'm buying for someone underage.

I literally bitched at the manager, fucking idiot. It makes no difference I leave the store, come back an hour later "ALONE" and buy those wine myself. I asked how I can purchase the wine, he told me I need to leave and go shopping, then come back. Like WTF? I ripped him and called this is bullshit, then he told me to leave LOL. I'm wearing a fucking mask, how can anyone tell that ID is that person truly. It's literally stupid.

I got pretty pissed as it's wasting my fucking time. Never shopping at Everything Wine again. Taking my business elsewhere.
The selection at Everything Wine is great btw! That alone is a great reason to drop by.

Both words are pronounced the same.

Has anyone dealt with a crack in their windshield?

A big rig drove past my wife on the highway last week and there's a dime sized crack in her windshield.

For that small of a crack, it will just have to be filled right? Is that free? There's no deductable for that, is there?

If it’s in the drivers field of view, basically like the 3rd of the windshield you look directly through while driving, they won’t even repair it

Drop by a glass shop, they'd be able to tell you right away if it's free and if it's fixable. If I recall correctly, chips are fixable and free. Cracks are not.

Do they charge a fee like the one at Walmart?

On another note, has anyone used the Shell touchless wash @ Boundary/Marine? How is it compared to Marine Dr Husky?

They will charge, some of them were like 17% or something. Crazy.

I used it once. It was shit, granted my car is on the bigger side (Hyundai Palisade). The back was dirtier than when it went in, and there was a line of soap. Which is weird, because it's the exact system as the Shell on Mcbride/8th, and that one cleans my car rather well. Also the attendant working there looked like he couldn't graduate kindergarten, when i went back in to complain he stood there and nodded, and after like 10 seconds of silence he's like sorry there's nothing I can do.

Not as good as Mobil1 in Richmond, but it's cheaper?

Mobil1 has been giving consistent results but since they cut their Groupon offers it's not really worth it. I got the 10pack Husky Ultimate (which comes with buy 10 get 1 free) but only used 2 before Richmond Husky closed down and at the same time Marine Husky's ultimate went down for a month. It's up and running now but results are just acceptable.

Also

Now at Shell, CAA, BCAA and AMA Members save 3 cents per litre on fuel*, 10% off car wash†*, and 10% off in-store purchases†*.
So I'm looking to get in on that Shell wash when my Husky runs out. But McBride is a bit of a trek from Richmond lol

It's a YMMV, it's the same system, and like I said, my car is on the bigger side of things so probably plays a big role. I tried the wash on Lougheed/North Road the other day and the entire thing was covered in soap when it ended. Had to pay more to rinse it off after.

Got in at 1.85/L at Husky last night. Didn't even think about it until my mom called me last night... but in my mind, it doesn't even matter anymore lol

When it's at $1.90 or $2+, does it really even matter at this point. Save here, you'll get raped somewhere else with prices of things these days.

Those of you who have investment properties, do you file your own taxes, or use a CPA?
My CPA is always hella slow to respond unless I follow up on him, looking for a new one
Anyone have CPA suggestions for real estate?
