whats the proper way to do db rows? ive been pulling up to my abs-hip area and  keeping the DB really close to my body

			Went today with my buddy, the week of rest really helped.  
I killed it.    110 x 3 for overhead press couldn't do 5 so I reverted back to 105 x 5. 
Front squats for 140 and cgbp for 145 x 7!
