I tried to do 5*5 moving up 10 lbs on each side after each set for DLs
5 reps * 3 plates,
5 reps * 3 plates + 20 lbs,
5 reps * 3 plates + 40 lbs,
5 reps * 3 plates + 60 lbs,
5 reps * 3 plates + 80 lbs (Barely got it but I'm surprised I did!)
By the end of it, I couldn't get 4 plates up. I was too tired.
Pull ups - 3 sets
5 reps wide grip, 5 reps middle grip, and 5 reps close grip
forgot to take my shoes off and idk if im rounding at the bottom or if its my love handles
anyways, 265 1x5
The bar is nowhere near close enough.. try aiming to have it across the middle of your feet (and remember, feet = heel to toe, not ankle to toe) and watch your progress increase much faster
When you bend to pick up the bar, your shins should be bashing into the bar

Might be due to his flexibility. At 6'7'', that's tough put the Bar above shoelaces roughly.
But yeah, Luder, you should definitely try what Skinnypup said. And keep that lumbar bar neutral/curved. At heavier weights, that slight rounded lower back is only going to be more rounded.
