Hehe this is my 4th time pulling sumo. I just feel safer maxing out this way. I tried 6 plates after but failed. I think if I had better technique, and if I skipped 565 and went straight from 545 to 585 I would've had a better shot at it. |

There's a good chance my back would break if I tried to pull that conventional lol. Last year I was pulling around the same numbers both styles. However, my lower back has been tweeked so many times that heavy conventional pulling is like playing russian roulette. |
