I agree need to be a lot more strict. I am extemely strict 5 days a week and screw everything up on the weekends. Going to try to ephedrine/caffine 3 times a day 4 hours apart for the next 30 days. I did try taking clen before but I just get too much chest pain from it. I hear taking it with t3 works well but I really don't want to be throwing in any thyroid meds.

I have 2 weddings of close friends coming up on the last 2 weekends of July going to try my best to get as close to 200 as possible. No liquor for the next 3 weeks for sure. Maybe throw in 45 mins of cardio every night to speed things up.

Yeah, I checked right in the morning. My weight does tend to move up by 3-4lbs by the end of the day. I am the lowest after the gym but just find it a lot more consistent to check first thing in the morning.

Don't worry bro.. Just keep a strict diet and keep training hard and you'll see results quick. Your clothes will fit better and you'll be more toned and still only have dropped 5lbs in a month. I've dropped about 15-20lbs in the past year 175 to 165-160 and I've never lifted more than I have now than even in my chubby days at 205! Scale and looks can be deceiving!

for those of you deadlifting 2 plate and using straps. Pick up a pair of 100lb dumbells and squeeze the fuck out of them. if you cant hang onto them for more than 30 seconds, your grip is that of a 12 year old girl, and you need to man up, not use straps. IMO
yea... so I really need to work on my grip cuz I just pulled off deadlifting 2 plates but I couldn't go more than like 3 reps w/o losing my grip. Any exercises I can do to increase my grip?

Now I feel like a lil girl FML.

Farmers walk, kroc rows, BB complex (use this as a finisher, my forearms are always on fire after my last round)

So I cut my 4 weeks off short... Well in half actually. Took it really easy today and did my chest shoulders workout. No PAIN/numbness! I am sooo pumped. I just couldn't handle it anymore. Going to try and work back into it nice and slow, keep the weight low and reps high. Woohooooo

So ever since I read about quinoa, I've been trying to find it. I don't know if I missed it at superstore or the ppl working there told me the wrong info, but where can I find it at? TnT? I want to try it out.
Thanks!

it tastes pretty good plain which is how i eat it

but if you want you can also cook it in some chicken broth for added flavor

it's a very versatile food item, you can sprinkle it on salad, blend with rice, or put in a shake if you so desire... many many ways to have your quinoa
