			just read this on t-nation
TC,
How do you feel about a couple of large soft-drink companies buying up a huge portion of the milk proteins from around the world?
Will Biotest customers feel the squeeze, and is there really reasons to be nervous about a milk protein (including; whey isolate, whey concentrate, micellar casein, casein caseinate, whey hydrolysate, peptopro, casein hydrolysate, Milk Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Concentrate) shortage?
Hockechamp14
How do I feel about them buying up protein?
I want to stab, stab, stab them until they're dead, dead, dead!
Other than that, I'm fine with it.
I mean, yes, they've forced us to deal with higher protein prices, but there's nothing to indicate there'll be a shortage. I've noticed that some companies are shouting out that the protein sky is falling, but this may be an effort to induce hoarding among their customers. That, or just make them feel better about paying higher protein prices.

I eat it for breakfast often..
If you make a huge batch it will hold up in the fridge for like a week. I throw raisins and cinnamon in when I cook it. Then when I want some I just throw some in a bowl with milk and a scoop of protein. Breakfast in like 2 minutes.

Hey guys, first time posting in this thread sorry if some of the questions were asked before....
So I'm taking this whey powder thing.. the kinds you can get at walmart.. it says that I should take one spoon every day ish... Is it ok to take 3 spoonfuls daily, not sure if that's the best thing I'd be doing.
Also, what's a relatively easy way to gain weight? I heard protein shakes were good ways to quickly gain weight. Any other suggestions?
Thanks

I think ginger is used to prevent gas...
One thing that doesnt prevent gas is the Crystal Light Live Active drinks.. They add 3 grams of inulin fiber to it. They dont put any mention on the box to start off slow with this stuff cuz it does make you gassy the first couple times you have it.
I drank like 3 liters of the stuff and started to feel a little gassy. I got home and since i had never heard of inulin fiber I decided to google it. That is when I found out that typically you use very low dosages of the stuff at first to get used to it.
I sat at home the rest of the night scared my ass was gonna have a blow out from the gas. I've never experienced anything like it before. I actually had to sleep in my living room for a bit cuz my bed room was starting to stink.
