yea i take myo chocolate as my complex whey.

in other news, i wore a wife beater to the gym yesterday and today partly because its laundry day and partly because i never have before and wanted to see whats up.

among other things i did lateral raises today and holy shit that looked neat. every muscle in my upper chest, shoulders, neck and arms got super striated on each rep. probably the coolest thing ive seen my body do in a while.

so guys remember how i injured my back almost a month ago?
So ive been working out and recently back is hurting again at the same place.

Doctor told me to rest 3 weeks or so before and I just did 2 weeks and worked out since I felt fine after 1 and a half week after.

You guys think I should just stop workout for a good month or something?

stop working out until you talk to a doctor that can tell you exactly WHY your bakc his hurting and what you need to do to fix it.

can someone tell me what im doing wrong...
I use this kind of bar at the gym and do curls cuz i really feel my biceps are getting a good pump

but then after i put it down, the part about halfway between my wrist and elbow hurts really bad. not like the sore kind of pain but the bad one like stinging pain in my bone.

any help would be great

btw i jack off with my right hand if that makes a difference

wen it comes to ez bars my preference is to grab the inside and have elbows pointin out on preacher curls

maybe try rollin your wrist or warm up more or go down weight

thanks i'll give that a try
the pain is even worst if I try doing curls with the straight long bars (same one you use for bench press). Even if i only have 10 lbs on each side.

i think i remember my forearms and wrists hurting when i used to do straight barbell curls.

i think its because it puts a twist in your forarm.

i actually never do straight barbell curls now, just hammer and EZ curl preachers

Are you twisting your wrists when you do them? I had the problem when I was trying to crank out the last couple struggling reps. It puts a lot of stress on your wrists/upper forearm
