Razor 8 is good imo pretty par with assault. The new version of 1mr is shit and taste like shit too.

1MR and Razor8 are in a totally different league than Assault.
I know alot of you guys swear by assault but I personally dont see all the hype.

well razor8 and 1mr have a shitload of caffeine and stimulants in them, whereas assault is just vitamins, and bcaa's ..

I'd guess the razor and 1mr give more energy but you crash hard no?

I personally never felt anything with Assault. Just that disgusting after taste that stays in your mouth (well at least with raspberry lemonade)

EC stack is all I take. No excess laundry preservatives. Keeps me focused and don't need to worry about 1,3-dmaa for competition doping scree.

Mmm, yes and no. For me it really depends on how much I take. With 1MR, I find if I take half a scoop it lets me push hard at the gym with minimal crash (if any)

Since the subject is fresh, I gotta ask... which one of these gives you the best endurance, I know yall talkin power for lifting, but I'm wondering which one allows you to basically run for 2 hours straight ?
I do a lot of cardio related sports, soccer, basketball, football, I don't like the feeling of my legs giving out this is a big problem for me

I been on ephedra/caffeine mixtures last few years, they work extremely well, but dont wanna fck with ephedra no more been lookin for a healthier lower risk replacement for years now

Ephedra is a banned substance lol, shouldn't be doing if you're in competitive sports

And the way you run more is you have to practice running more, and work more on endurance, like high reps on squats and leg presses

don't rely on supplements to get the job done

oh yea I know it's banned.... I have a medical condition though...
but yea I been playin/running for years now, in 2007 I played a season of pro basketball in Europe, that was the last time I was in like pro athlete shape....

but since then 4 times a week 2 hours a day hard running sports like i mentioned, no problem there... it;s a problem with my physique, given my medical condition of lack of blood flow to the legs no oxygen to muscles...
and also the fact that I have the legs of a fucking running back, huge muscly thighs ass and calves, get it from my dad who was a pro soccer player... uhmm this basically scares me enough to get into squats and leg presses heavily fearing I would gain even more muscle mass in my lower body...

i have occasionally been doing squats and presses but at lower weights however more so for power and explosion, and try to tone and maintain as opposed to gain muscle

what's wrong with gaining muscle

i'm the bigger guy at competitions given my weight of ~180 and it's good for intimidating

you won't become extremely big unless you take roids

lol, nothing at all if you're into building muscle... I'm just into a different area of athletics than you guys in here lifting weights...
like I said, I do a lot of endurance sports that require a high amount of stamina.... take basketball for example, this is my main sport... I am 6'1 and 195lbs right now, last time I checked sitting at around 10% body fat...
guys my height in the NBA are usually between 180-190lbs with less than 5% body fat, so this is my goal...

anyway that was just to answer your comment, but im just poking at you guys to suck up some of the knowledge yall are throwing around about these supplements that pump you up, trying to figure out what the best one would be for stamina/endurance given the area of sports im into...

i actually have never taken any supplements aside from ephedra, the only other pills i've ever popped would be antibiotics...
