been eating pretty clean lately.
1: roasted chicken with avocados and tomatoes
2: turkey and ham whole wheat wraps with cherry tomatoes
3: roasted chicken with stir fried broccoli and bell peppers

Place the avocado in the palm of your hand with core up. Grab large sharp knife. Use your karate chopping skills to slice into core like you would split wood with an axe. Once knife is lodged into core, twist the knife in clockwise direction (Must be clockwise, otherwise it won't work.... j/k). You now have a pitless avocado. * Disclaimer - Loss of fingers may occur if you don't have Ninja Skills. My advice? Be careful.
