Blade steak (there's a smaller one under the big one) and some mini potatoes - all cooked in a blend of a bacon fat/olive oil.
- Med Rare.

Deelicious (apologies for crappy phone pic)

Nothing special and pretty late for my first meal (2pm)

2 eggs with 6 slices of turkey bacon. The blue label brand from superstore is sooooooo FUCKING good.

I usually use 4-5 eggs per 2 cups of uncooked rice. Not really sure why urs became too eggy with only 2.

Made fried chicken. Yup I said fried. Co-worker gave me a paleo recipe and worked around it.

Batter is just almond flour or grinded steel cut oats (more carbs), flax seed, coconut flour, and un sweetened coconut flakes, chili flakes.

Toss diced chicken in egg wash then throw in batter until covered.

****edit you want to dice the chicken fairly small so you can just drop it into the small amount of oil and take it out right away

1 inch height of extra virgin coconut oil, flash fry just until batter is golden brown, took about 10-15 seconds of tossing chicken around the oil just lightly coating everything, then take out of the pan and place on baking tray and finish in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. (after drying chicken on paper towel for excess oil to come off)

then thats it.

toss in hot sauce.....

voila. semi Paleo Style fried chicken. Was. very. very. Tasty.

Looks good Red - I went to T&T a couple weeks back to buy it. Unfortunately, they only had a solid block of yam. It sucked...lol.
