can you give an update of what happened? I read your first post with your updates, but at that point you still had the black Sti, 35 pages later you have a white one :p.

Revscene made this public and raped their facebook page. Before this got out of hand, Subaru Canada stepped in, and gave him a brand new car. :fullofwin:

belaud 07-24-2012 07:55 PM

^What phozy said

Just a month of frustration, afterwards, I was offered the new white one :)

Energy 07-24-2012 08:13 PM

Can't believe it was that long ago already.

j.f0ng 07-25-2012 01:47 PM

Holy crap dude, i just went through the entire 36 pages of this thread. Had no idea you went through this much shit before settling with the lion orgy of the white STI. :fulloffuck:

RabidRat 07-27-2012 09:26 AM

So apparently, I was reading 24 Hours newspaper and guess what...?

Richmond Subaru offers lifetime free car washes if you purchase a car from them, :fuckthatshit:

belaud 08-10-2012 11:23 PM

Lifetime swirls :considered:

Energy 08-10-2012 11:24 PM

Someone should open a professional detail shop next to them.

I went to Richmond Subaru just for convenience to test drive a few cars for the folks (If good was going to plan to buy elsewhere)

WORSE service ever. Phillip (older Filipino Gentlemen), dawdling, left us waiting for 15minute just to test drive car. No idea what happened to him, no one telling us what the plan was, just left us outside. When he showed up took him another 10minute to drive the car out. Totally unknowledgable, condenscending attitude. I had to ask him multiple times "What is the plan here? What are you doing?"

I hate this place and hope it burns to the ground. (Financially)

To be fair, you could say that about any dealership that offered 'lifetime car washes'

So your initial plan was to go to this place to try out cars and if it's good to buy it elsewhere? Why would you want to waste people's time like that with zero intention of buying. The guy is just trying to sell some cars to feed his family.

Maybe he saw right through that you were only there for a "convenience test drive".

Energy 09-18-2012 09:36 PM

Maybe LiquidTurbo would have changed his mind and bought from Richmond Subaru if the salesman provided excellent customer service and treated him with more respect. That is part of the job isn't it?

I was actually told that the entire staff has been replaced, not sure about the improvements though, but was vouched "MUCH BETTER, COME!"

EmperorIS 09-19-2012 08:23 AM

The weirdo try hard dipshit on my facebook still listed himself as a car detailer at Richmond Subaru. I wouldn't go back yet.

Why bother going back, take your hard earned money elsewhere, they made their bed and now they can sleep in it,the damage has already been done.

Just wondering,is the management staff also replaced too? cause they were also the big problem, not just the people below them that took their orders.

J-Chow 09-19-2012 06:02 PM

just don't do it.

I took in my car few months ago for a recall, to reflash the ECU, and I still had my dash cam recording. Some tech drove my car from richmond subaru and floored it, all the way to Don docksteader to have it serviced there, not knowing he was being recorded.

Then when he dropped it off at don docksteader, the techs there realized they were being recorded and unplugged my dash cam. Still have the vids but haven't uploaded it yet.

J.C 09-19-2012 06:11 PM

went here last weekend and i left within 10 minutes lol

no service from anyone whatsoever, guy was standing at the door didn't greet us, was checking out the brz and they were staring us down, and i opened the door just to take a look inside and closed it after 1 minute and as soon as i did they locked the doors. lol wtf if you didn't want anyone opening it then why is it open?

GLOW 09-19-2012 06:30 PM

@J-Chow
wtf they unplugged it? sounds shady to me to be messing around with your camera. was it plugged in again afterwards or did you hop back in the car and noticed it was unplugged?
