There is a big difference between Skinnypup and taylor192.

Skinny puts alot of time into RS to help make this place better,also.....who's going to ban Skinny....the owners?

Taylor192 on the other hand was nothing more than a self righteous asshole that went around looking for e fights,I bet the mods were just itching for a reason to ban his ass.

I wonder with the negative publicity that Richmond Subaru received if they actually made any internal changes to the dealership. It's unusual for high position employees (like a GM) to admit they're in the wrong, and since they're at the top of the work chain (excluding owner) they face little to no reprehension. What usually happens is they will put the blame their employees. My bet is that the GM just told the "detailers" to do a better job next time, and with that they're internal changes are resolved and this situation is never looked back or learned upon. I mean really, what boss will admit to running a less than perfect show?

that is EXACTLY how it probably went down. even if they fucked up, they will never shit on their own employee for fking up.

did they even admit that they messed up to begin with?

They'll probably turn the situation around and say what great customer service they provided.

i dont think richmond subaru admitted to any fault. richmond subaru only stated publicly that they value customers & their feedback and work to resolve any issues or concerns.

the usual "customer service" technique where they solve the problem without admitting guilt. i've worked in customer service before and understand when to use this technique, but i also know when there is a fuck up, you man up to it and work to resolve it. especially a fuck up of this caliber.

i'm still pissed off that the GM warren told OP that he never wants to see his face again after handing him his card. seriously who the fuck talks like that to another human being? it's like he thinks he's andy garcia in ocean's 11

belaud 03-04-2012 03:46 PM

Spoiler!

The GM won't be seeing my face either when the time comes for me to buy the BRZ,

A fucking POS with a huge chip on his shoulder, that's who talks to people like that.

Wrong.

He is straight up troll.Taylor192 has pretty much been banned from every forum he signs up on,he admitted himself, yet he always blames others for his reason for being banned,it's never his fault.

I was suprised he lasted this long on RS.

roastpuff 03-04-2012 10:22 PM

I passed by Richmond Subaru today and saw a black STI (actually looked kind of grey) in front on their lot. Is that the old one? :haha:

Sky_High 03-04-2012 10:27 PM

^ not necessarily, according to their inventory, that should have at least 5 STI's on their lot.
1) SWP, Hatch, Tech
2) SWP, Sedan, Tech
3) SWP, Hatch
4) Dark Grey, Sedan
5) SWP, Hatch, Tech
