I wonder with the negative publicity that Richmond Subaru received if they actually made any internal changes to the dealership. It's unusual for high position employees (like a GM) to admit they're in the wrong, and since they're at the top of the work chain (excluding owner) they face little to no reprehension. What usually happens is they will put the blame their employees. My bet is that the GM just told the "detailers" to do a better job next time, and with that they're internal changes are resolved and this situation is never looked back or learned upon. I mean really, what boss will admit to running a less than perfect show? |
