I'm also looking at it from a third person, if this was my car, i'm sure i'd be livid, wanting to smash their windows everyday or something..

I guess I just meant that it's nice to see an actual resolution, even if it took social media to get it done.. but not that it 'makes up' for all the crap belaud had to put up with
