Most shops offer bike storage. Just drop off your bike. Call a week ahead at start of season and just bring insurance papers.

So are a lot of other goods being sold in Canada. I think he's just saying that for a company selling in Canada, that their prices are a good deal, regardless of where the retailer got them from. Don't think he's trying to say the tires are made here or anything like that.
