Guys are beyond bad when it comes to bullying. I've been bullied my whole life and still get it and I'm 30. I think it's some people have the ability to deal with it better then others.

even at the age of early to mid 20s, i see guys using 'weaker' people. at the older age, its usually resorts to physical as a one-off instance and usually results in both parties becoming strangers. whereas continuous 'bullying' would occur through non-physical actions.

There is no definate answer to what will get you bullied. Some people are born assholes and some people are born jerks. They prey on anyone that isn't themselves for any reason that they deem fit.
Some do it to hide their own issues.
Some do it because it is "funny" and they are "bored"
Some people do it cause at their age group they are bigger and taller than everyone else and use this "gift" to benefit.
I remember grade 8 phys ed. I wore a baseball cap and a group of kids thought it would be funny to take my hat and play keep away.
I told them to keep it and walked away.
They were all  and them moved on to find someone else to bully.
