ps4 started spitting out discs again.

Called sony, they're going to overnight a fedex box for me to send it back to them and will overnight a new ps4 to me by wed-thurs. They said it was a problem with the blu ray drive and is not software related.

shitty deal...anyways...Battlefield 4 is still bugged to crap...you can't play conquest without it crashing & team death match once and awhile boots you out.

Last I checked for it to be called "made in Japan" only the last few phases of assembly need to take place in Japan. Either way like you said it's gonna eb the same components using the same machines...

i was super lucky.
i just randomly went on best buy website last Friday and they had stock online like 7.
i got my order in and receive my ps4 today!

So PSN has been breached again, they are telling people to change their passwords

At this point I wish I could just close my account, but then I'd lose all the games I own on it...

You'll also get a bunch of free games with that subscription which will probably pay for itself 5 times over within a year. But there's always the Wii U if you don't like it

Seems precautionary measures to me. Just doing due-diligence if they notice ANY irregularities in security

From the website:

This was done purely as precautionary measure and there was no specific evidence that any accounts had be compromised.

Only a small number of users were affected by this and as I said this was precautionary so there is nothing specific to worry about.

I cant provide any further details as this would affect out ability to keep you guys safe.

and it was nothing like the new york launch where they turned the hotel into a giant ps4
