Was up late last night and managed to reserve one for in-store pickup. Got the confirmation email to pick it up (at $25 price) this morning! Should have bought 2!!

So went in to pick up my controller in store and they tried to not honour the pricing error claiming it was just that. Had to fight for it a bit and ask to speak to a manager. Manager was busy so said to just honour the $25.

Stores usually have pretty heavy profit margins on accessories like these. $25 is still likely a loss, but it's probably not a huge loss.

3rd party peripherals sure, not so sure about sony products tho

is it easy to transfer stuff over? really dont want to loose my game saves..

at least upgrade to a SSHD for slightly faster access. if u have ps+ then all ur game saves would've been saved on the cloud so u can easily retrieve that. as for games thats installed onto the harddrive already u'll either need to reinstall all the games one by one or i believe u can use like a USB-ESATA adapter to transfer all the data from old to new harddrive via the ps4

Based on recent gameplays and reviews, it seems like the type of game I would enjoy (shooter + MMO elements).

Really hoping it turns out well given the shaky history.

Anyone here planning to get the game? Pretty much "required" to play with a party, and most of my friends either play XBOX or don't play games at all, I won't have anyone to play with :alone:

I never pre-order anything anymore. Been burned too many times by shitty releases. By the time the game is fixed (if ever, in EA's case), the game is heavily discounted.

Yeah, I totally get that.

For me, I usually pre-order a game I pretty much "know" I will buy anyways. (When I bought my PS4, pre-ordered Destiny Taken King, knowing I will buy it regardless). Might as well pre-order and get whatever bonus/incentive is included.

Division's incentives aren't huge though, some items and guaranteed chance at beta.

please tell me that i'm not the only one that didn't know that all audio from the ps4 can be routed through the 3.5mm headphone jack in the dualshock 4 controller..

This one major news when the PS4 first came out, I still use it from time to time. Very useful feature. It even functions as a microphone + headphone port with the proper headsets.
