How does one get a penalty for fighting when the opponent doesn't even drop his gloves? Did Sestito fight himself? :troll:

on the bright side, this seems pretty late in the year to be shutout for the first timed :D

I was quite happy with the game despite the loss. It's the first game where the team didn't look like push-overs for the entire 60; in comparison to the last few games where we could be winning the game but look like complete push-overs (then subsequently lose in the last minute).

I'll take this shut-out loss any day than the 1 goal games we've been losing to, lately in the most horrible fashion.

we could have easily won many games this year if our fucking pp could score! All we do set up on half wall, pass the puck around the perimeter, keep looking for the perfect point shot, fuck up, no goal....simplify it and just get pucks to the net and bang away....better then perimeter bullshit...

Wow, the LA Kings are threatening to overtake Boston as "team I hate the most".

It certainly is the more entertaining rivalry.

Sestito was assessed a two-minute minor and ten-minute misconduct for instigating a fight, a five-minute major for fighting, and a game misconduct for being an aggressor in a fight. He walked away with 27 penalty minutes in one second of playing time.

“Going into it I didn’t think I was gonna get what I got, but I think we got to,” Sestito stressed. “We were there to send a message.

“I think they kind of bullied us through the past couple of games and we didn’t want to take it anymore.

“I just don’t think that a fourth line guy like Nolan is going to run a guy and can’t answer the bell.”

Jensen is the kind of player who needs a good playmaker on his line to be effective. He doesn't have that in Utica, thus has struggled. I think he could do okay with the Sedins, personally. He has great hands and is good at finding openings.
