But while watching the Heritage Classic yesterday, it was mentioned by one of the commentators that (at least for the Sedins), it's they who are not following the system.

Basically Torts wants them to play up higher to open up their options and be a bigger threat, but Sedins keep reverting back playing down low between the goal line and the hash marks where their comfort zone is.

Kesler to Pitt makes a lot of sense for him. He has the no-movement, but he probably wants to play in the US. Has played for bylsma in the Olympics. Pitt is a cup contender and Kesler wants it. If pitt is going all in by dealing for kes I think we would get back some solid prospects and their 1st.

Does anyone else think Drafting is like playing the lottery? In the last 9 years of drafting we have only 1 player out of about 50 thats currently playing on our roster (Schroeder). 3 guys who are legitimate NHLers (Hodgson, Grabner, Raymond). I always hated trading proven NHLers for draftpicks who may or may not turn into the player u traded him for.

Shero's "all-in" based on rumours is Sutter, Depres or Dumoulin, 1st and 3rd in 2014. That's hardly enough.:heckno:


Rielly, Kadri and 1st is more of my liking...but I can't see Nonis making that move.

CHI should hurry up and hook up Saad, Taravinen and 1st for Kesler
Or PITS giving up Suttter, Pouliot, Bennett, 1st for Kesler + Hansen

Then your probably gonna get a Schenn jersey?

Flyers is a not cup contenders and Kesler wants a cup. Det, CBJ, PITS, CHI are in the mix... anything else the RS panel would be surprised.

Couturier, a prospect and a 1st for Kesler?

Doubt he goes to Philly though. I see Pittsburgh as the most likely because they have young assets to trade and they're going for it.
