Mick Foley at the NorthWest Comedy Fest

Mick Foley is in town starting tomorrow night for the Northwest Comedy Fest. $26.50/ticket and his shows get great reviews. I know there's a few of you that transitioned into MMA from wrestling, so definitely check it out.

He's in Nanaimo tonight and did a meet and greet after his 2nd show. Hope he does that here!

Overeem is in Jamaica relaxing and rehabing a rib injury.. he has to wait and see how it heals before agreeing to any fight, let alone a dangerous one like that

Seems like Dana loves to say x fighter is turning down fights or is scared to accept x fight without staying the reason (injury or money) to drag x fighter through the mud out goad them in to accepting. I should expect it by now but it's getting annoying

i remember dana recently commenting on a comment made that the competition doesn't have the same resources as the UFC to really compete. his reply is that belator has viacom which has way more money that he or the UFC will ever see.

for an organization that lost their superstars, you'd think he'd want to hype up the 'big names' he still has to fill the void instead of ripping them apart.

if overeem wants a career in the UFC he'll eventually have to face JDS so i don't see a big deal about it. he could probably do 1 or 2 more fights before him too. people were saying reem should do a hunto vs reem rematch. that would be fun.

As I said a week ago. Dana needs to stop talking. Im suprised Lorenzo isnt taking a larger roll, it looked like he was beginning to a year ago, but maybe he is running more shit behind the scenes.

He is literally shit talking every single fighter that isnt sucking his nuts. And it looks like hes starting to trim salaries.

Dana has always been like this. For some reason it seems to be really building up for hardcore fans lately though. There are tons of threads talking about him now on the hardcore message boards, including someone on reddit trying to compile a list of every time Dana has "pulled bullshit"
