What's some of the lingo? I'm assuming "his P/O" isn't referring to his post office box, and i'm also guessing the "S.I.U dept." isn't referring to the strawberry incubation unit?

EDIT: I believe P/O is his parole officer (:lawl:) and S.I.U is ICBC's Special Investigation unit. (:lawl: x2)

True, but it's not like "monitoring 24/7" means they've dedicated an entire squad of 10 guys to the task. SIU mainly investigates fraud, which would necessarily mean keeping a close bead on someone's activities.
