i would troll on CGN to look for a good used one.. i missed out on one, there was a ruger 556 that got sold for $700 not too long ago, another one just sold for $800 a day or so ago

You're most likely better off buy an 870 with regular funiture and buying the magpul parts separate. The mark up on magpul 870 are usually way higher than piecing it together yourself.

i thought it was also in part due to the cerakote finish and the xs ghost ring sights not just the magpul furniture?

if i had a better budget i'd probably get the 14" 590a1 (Reliable Gun Vancouver, 3227 Fraser Street, Vancouver BC, Canada. Mossberg 590A1 Compact Pump Action Shotgun - 12Ga, 3", 14", Heavy-Walled, Parkerized, Black Synthetic Stock, 8rds, Bead Sights, Fixed Cylinder, Metal Trigger Guard & Safety Button)

Hm. My bad. I looked into it and didn't realize the shotgun was actually ceracoated. I did the math. A express tactical with magpul furniture would run you about $650; You're essentially paying $200 for the ceracote job. Not a bad choice especially if you are going to use it as a truck gun.

yeah i think its not that bad of a deal all things considered.

still, no money for it since i recently bought a glock 19 and a ruger sr 1911 commander within 30 days of each other :pokerface:
