Pool format: Keeper league. You get to keep one player at each position, plus a rookie for every season. The rookie can be kept for the years of the player's entry level contract. The GM in last place gets the first pick for the next season's draft. Draft order is a snake order on Yahoo Fantasy. As of now, I'm pretty pissed about my team because there are so many injuries. Price is hurt, McDavid aka McBitch, is hurt, and Evander Kane is also hurt. |

I was wondering how bad the pp can get. This is new, it sucked pretty bad the last few seasons but letting in shorthanded goals with ease is a whole new low. |

WHL sweeps Russia in Canada-Russia series. |
Patrick Marleau wants a trade. He submitted a list of three teams to management that he wants to be his new team. On Hockey Night in Canada’s “Headlines” segment this past weekend, Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman reported Patrick Marleau‘s name was “out there” on the trade market. “It is a complex one. It’s difficult to pin down because none of the particulars are talking,” Friedman said. “So I can’t say who is pushing for it, but his name is out there.” Making the situation murky is that Marleau has a no-movement clause and would control his destiny if the Sharks wanted to make a trade. On Tuesday night, Kevin Kurz, a San Jose Sharks Insider for CSNBayArea.com, reported Marleau would accept a trade to three teams: the Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Ducks, or New York Rangers. |
