The rebuilt py is back up for sale

twitchyzero 07-25-2017 11:03 AM

seems fairly priced

slicrick 07-25-2017 11:42 AM

If I were in a different living situation and it was viable to have a second car I would consider looking at that PY as a decent drivers car that I wouldn't feel bad about putting some hard miles on.

If it came back from a PPI at a body shop came back without any major surprises I think the price seems alright

TouringTeg 07-25-2017 11:45 AM

Yep I'd say it would be worth a couple inspections since it LHD.

Looks at rebuilt NSX's. They are worth a lot because they are not making any more.

RevYouUp 07-25-2017 05:59 PM

checked out the ITR before, I think he was going to take 8k for it. It drove alright, just a lot of vibrations. I would have pulled the trigger, but it seems like there were cracks near the front frame.

white rocket 07-25-2017 09:48 PM

^^Did the seller mention or did you notice the front frame rails and if they looked like they had sustained any damage from the front end collision?

A decent candidate for a beater/track/daily toy but with a bent unibody I fear the car would never track correctly and you'd be aligning your way around the issue forever.

twitchyzero 07-25-2017 11:39 PM

those of you into getting a ITR but dont want highway robbery entry prices, have you considered the other DC2, the GS-R?

i know they're not that much less unicorn, but prices are at least palatable.

He didn't mention it, but it was easy to spot. Car didn't drive that bad tbh.

TouringTeg 07-27-2017 02:00 PM

Project ITR on BAT located in Quebec I could see this one going cheap lol

TouringTeg 07-28-2017 08:54 PM

With that mileage and all vins it would be a good restoration candidate one day
