Jesus!! $24,500 USD for that hunk of shit? It's hard to not throw mine up on BaT. Very tempting. |
The car world is like the vancouver housing market right now. You can make a pretty penny, but you can't find a worthy replacement. You've got 2 though, so it could be a solid move. |
^^Exactly. Money is nice and all but I'd miss it and instantly be looking for another one; which I know I won't find for less than $40K USD and most likely not local to Canada. I wish I could transition into an E30 M3 or a Grand National as those would be the only worthy replacements but those are far and few between. I'd burn my ITR for this: 1988 BMW M3 | Bring a Trailer |
Yep. I'd basically do anything for that other than pay for it. Since I'm poor.:( |
The 2001 ITR in Manitoba is now asking 15k on fb, not sure if usd or cad. His instagram is _code_bue_ |
Which one was that? |
With the red te37's |
That Manitoba R owner wouldn't tell me the badge #. That is a red flag to me. Another member here is local to them (Winnipeg) and knows the car. They can provide more info if they wish. Just went looking on kijiji Manitoba and found this 97 LHD for $10k Not bad! I had the Apexi WS2 on my SC400. Very subtle and great sounding exhaust. 1997 Acura Integra Type R | used cars & trucks | Winnipeg | Kijiji |

I checked out that 97. It has hail damage and was written off due to hail. Has no back seats and missing interior piece's. Mileage on swap unknown. No rust. right fender alignment a bit off. I have the vin if anybody wants it. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |

He was asking 40k before. |
Wasn't there a strange story behind the car? Anyhow to rich for my blood lol |
if I were the boutique dealer with a clean 99 and knowing the CTR hype is real...there would most definitely be an ITR tax then again it's more than the MSRP from 1999 off the lot haha |

70% appreciation in 2 years, sounds about right :troll: |
Is it worth the extra money to buy a 98spec? I wanna get into an ITR and seeing the RHD 96 are within budget... |
I personally would only want a '98 spec but it depends on the price difference. If '96 spec ones are $10,000 are 98 spec one $13,000 or closer to $18,000? I haven't looked anywhere recently TBH so I'm not sure. I like the 5 lug, the 16's, power folding mirrors, updated interior, Momo wheel with airbag and a few other tid bits. But that's just me. |
