its kinda true. ovie is a much better kessel. good enough to push the team into the playoffs, but once there he needs someone else. backstrom, kuznetzov are good players but they are similar in regards to needing the same type of player. they don't have a leader who can get the most out of everyone, who has that extra 30% you see can see from players in the playoffs. like how toews used to be
The gold medal game between Sweden and Canada was absolutely fantastic. The OT period was probably one of the most exciting periods of hockey I've ever watched.
