These "handouts" are loans that they are required by law to pay back. I admire people who do private sponsorship. I wouldn't do it myself but the government can take a portion of my tax and help these people any day of the year.
where does it say that these are loans required to be paid back? These aint loans, these are free handouts to get these guys "on their feet" so they may become productive canadians in the future.

Ya maybe, or maybe it will be 8 more people who learned work ethic from their parents and milk the system for generations. There's no shortage of people who want to come here and actually work and not get handouts. So if Canada simply needed the population there's no problem getting it

I was briefly watching the first few mins of a TED talk video yesterday about an ex MS 13 gang member who has left the gang talking about how the gang was formed in the first place. Newly immigrated kid in a new country, no English, no friends, bullied because he was different, then eventually met other like minded people in the same boat and the bullied eventually became the bullies.
My point is I don't or maybe I just want to believe most people just sit around and be like shiet bruh I'm bored, let's be gangstas and do crazy shit. There are often events that trigger this, doesn't make it any more right but it's more than just "i'm bored and i'm hot shit"

You can look at the data of the previous group of refugees from the 70's/80's/90's. They have all contributed more to the Canadian economy than your average Canadian.
I don't understand why people make assumptions or only take in anecdotal evidence when we live in a world where information is so widely available. There have been numerous studies on previous groups of refugees who have entered Canada, you can find all the data online.

there's also a bunch of Indo-Canadian gangs, i dont feel like the youth gangs are directly related to the refugee problem, though many of their parents were evidently selling drugs to get by sure didn't help
and even if there's a direct correlation, the worst thing is maiming each other and not affecting bystanders, far from killing a teenage girl

It was the girl's and her parents' faults for allowing this to happen. There are a few different reasons for this. Firstly, as a female, why was she out of the house without supervision from a male relative? It is not proper for a woman to be gallivanting around in the streets. Next, why was she dressed in an inappropriate manner? If she or her parents had an ounce of honour, she would not be in public without at least her hair, legs, and arms covered.
