It's going to be another GOP shit show. Trump has already said he has dirt on deSantis and he will release it if he runs. Trump will also make a ton of money by running again.

GLOW 11-12-2022 08:28 AM

when will the dominion voting lawsuit hammer come down on all those involved?
will it be years and years due to the legal process?

unit 11-14-2022 02:41 PM

i def prefer desantis to trump... unfortunately a lot of ppl feel that way and so he will have a really good chance of winning the presidency.

Manic! 11-15-2022 05:00 PM

trump announcing he is running again live stream.

SkinnyPupp 11-15-2022 05:59 PM

I'm ready for the apocalypse

whitev70r 11-15-2022 06:39 PM

I hope the mid term elections are true and that Repubs are ready to move on from this clown and pick someone with less baggage .. #anyonebutTrump. Really hoping that he gets embarassed and does not even win the Republican ticket. Please Mike Pence, go for it ... or even DeSantis.

Ulic Qel-Droma 11-15-2022 11:50 PM

Trumps gonna win. lol. I'm laughing. But I dunno what kind of laugh it is. maybe a mix of everything.

Hondaracer 11-16-2022 12:06 AM

It’s not Democracy unless it’s liberal!

westopher 11-16-2022 05:31 AM

Yeah those liberals in the states are always talking about how the election was stolen and rigged with fake mail in ballots.

Hondaracer 11-16-2022 05:33 AM

I really don’t care one way or the other what the states do. Nor do I support trump

I just get a kick out of this whole idea that is pushed that “Democracy is under attack!!” If a Democrat gets elected. If that’s what they vote for, that’s what they get. That’s how democracy works.

westopher 11-16-2022 06:01 AM

Clearly you don’t care, because you don’t seem to understand the context of the statement. Would you not consider democracy to be under attack when people who are running as legitimate candidates are claiming that the election results from 2 years ago are false, rigged, etc? Was an attempted insurrection due to dislike of the results not an attack on democracy? Is the Supreme Court taking away abortion rights from a country that the majority wants the opposite not an attack on democracy? Are bills that target certain demographics voting rights not an attack on democracy? How about the former president pushing the sitting Vice President to refuse to follow protocol to transition power to the newly elected government? Since it’s all laid out for you now, what are your thoughts on those statements?

Hondaracer 11-16-2022 06:21 AM

If that’s what their constituents are voting for, that’s what they believe to be true?

It’s messy but it’s what they want I have no control over it so I don’t get too concerned. Peoples rights and stuff like abortion access are definitely alarming but I don’t have a say so I can’t do much more than sit back and watch it play out. It obviously has trickle down to Canada to some degree but again, out of my control and most of that has little bearing on my life as it is.

Good luck and god speed to Merica once Trump is back in power :concentrate:

westopher 11-16-2022 06:45 AM

It’s interesting that you believe that Trudeau has that much of an effect on your life in the other thread but believe that the US politics has no bearing on it. Yeah we don’t live in the US but our legal, and financial policies are a direct reflection of how things are going down there. We are a country of the world, and especially of North America. It’s not 1894 where we live in this bubble and something that’s happening half way across the world doesn’t have a massive effect on how we live, never mind the neighbour who’s economy essentially controls ours because we are such a small population blip, therefore such a small economy.

You forgot the gerrymandering.

100 percent. I agree with you. The most messed up part about U.S. politics and their democracy is that the Americans had a racist, incompetent, narcissistic, former president in Trumpty who incited a group of right wing, white nationalists to attack the U.S. Capitol buildings.

One arm of the U.S. government, the Executive under Trump, inciting a bunch of right wing nutjobs to attack, another arm of the American government, the Legislative (Congress and Senate) to overthrow the results of an election. Using violence to overturn the results of an election.

A former president who in my opinion would do anything in order to get himself re-elected as POTUS. How messed up is that hahaa.

All because of a narcissistic, thin skinned, and incompetent former POTUS in Trump who cannot stand losing an election. A fucking sore loser that you could poke easily in order to get him to throw a temper tantrum haha.

Trump 2: Electric Boogaloo

mikemhg 11-16-2022 11:07 AM

Man I've been so calm with Trump out of the picture, not hearing his fucking voice or seeing his face has been nice these last 2 years..

Ah well, part of me is happy he's running. I'll watch with popcorn as the Republican party has their own internal civil war and watch DeSantis and Trump tear each other apart.

If DeSantis doesn't run though.. oof.

inv4zn 12-06-2022 07:31 PM

Warnock has won re-election.

That it was this close is just ludicrous. Fucking Herschel Walker doesn't even live in the state and yet 49% voted for him. Literally dafuq.

The irony isn't lost that the evangelical vote is all going Herschel Walker who's had gfs go through abortion while they cast aside Warnock who's an actual preacher.

Just barely. If Republicans ran a sane candidate that wasn't endorsed by Trump they likely would've won it.

But for now, a relief. Also the fact that Joe Manchin and Kristen Sinema can no longer hold up their own party with their idiocy.

Ted Cruz's daughter OK after HPD called to senator's home, rep says

HPD told Eyewitness News that officers responded to reports of a 14-year-old with self-inflicted stab wounds on the arms in the upscale neighborhood of River Oaks. Police were in the front yard of Cruz's home when ABC13 arrived.

The teen was taken to the hospital.
She came out as bisexual in January.

What a piece of shit her dad is. Lets see how he tries to cover it up.

westopher 12-07-2022 06:51 AM

It’s crazy how many of these batshit right wingers have kids that they directly try to hurt with their policies. It’s like the party of “family values” doesn’t actually believe in taking care of their families at all.

pastarocket 12-07-2022 08:27 AM

Trumpty is the anchor that may bring down the GOP in terms of its chances to win the next presidential election.

He causes a big rift within the Republican party. On the one hand you have mainstream Republicans like McCarthy, Ron De Santis, McConnell etc.

Then you have Trumpty having dinner with extreme right wing Republicans, right wing nut jobs like white nationalist Nick Fuentes and bat shit crazy Kanye. The most extreme right wing voters for the Republicans support these three amigos at their dinner table.

I think that many Republicans are blaming Trump for the GOP loss in the Georgia senate runoff after Herschel Walker's defeat. Trump supported Walker.

mikemhg 12-07-2022 09:46 AM

Walker got 1,719,393 votes. That's fucking nuts :lol

A dude who went on stage and gave a breakdown on whether he'd like to be a werewolf or a vampire :lol

In a country with 300+ million and only 100 senate seats, that guy could've been 1 of those 100. Hilarious stuff.

Trump's company charged with tax fraud, conveniently he's not connected, woopdy doo.

What a silly song and dance, I'll bet any money this guy will never face anything formal that would land him any serious charges.

westopher 12-07-2022 10:08 AM

Republicans would vote for a head of lettuce if it went to church and hated trans people. It’s all you need to appeal to 95% of their voting base.
