I’ve met plenty of super smart Texans and know lots of super smart people that have gone there for $$$ jobs…. But man the average population run of the mill people you run into on the street in San Antonio etc is pretty bad.
That’s reflected in their averages being below average I think.

The high school graduation rate and the rate of people over 25 and older, that have a bachelor's degree or higher, are about the same between Texas and B.C.
