I'm not even a Leafs fan, but I would imagine they are largely rejoicing this decision... the players quit on him last season and his deployment of forwards has been Willie Desjardins levels of laughable. |
Does Utica need an assistant coach? Or a scout? |

Scumbag Babcock also ruined Spezza's hometown Leaf debut after he bought 30 tickets for his friends and family, then scratched him for the season opener against his old team of course |
from the reactions on various places on facebook, it would seem that a lot of people have no idea how shitty babcock is as a person. they still think he's the best coach that ever lived and can't understand why you'd fire him. the only reason they can logically come up with is that you can't get rid of all the players so it comes down to the coach. |
Babs hadn't even done much as a coach if you seriously look at his resume. The 2 Olympic gold ... hell, with a roster like that ... 5 or 10 top coaches could have easily gotten the same results. In terms of real coaching, of a NHL team with salary cap, good players mixed with so so players, ... he has 1 SC ... 1. He's full of himself. Keep on betting on Mike Babcock, Mike. |
Anthem singer in her previous life, must have been a butcher, 'cause she butchered both anthems. Surprisingly, her own anthem more than ours.......... Black chick with glossy lipstick and fake red hair. Nuff said. I thought Nashville was known as "music city". |
Pecker Rinne going for another shutout. |
turned out to be a decent period! i'll be missing the rest of the game unfortunately... go nucks! |
Canucks usually light Rinne up |
I’ve noticed Tegra Devil has been MIA..... |
Curled up in the fetal position |
Holy PP goals. |
damn Markstrom, 44 saves on 47 shots |
Good for the Canucks, but to be fair, Nashville has lost 8 of their last 9 games. |
and we had lost 7 of our last 8 |

I haven't been excited about my team since Dubas caved and signed Nylander (to what is turning into a reasonable contract) .The team was just not playing well and the coaching decisions were getting frustrating and predictable. Babock should have been fired after game 7. Dubas doesn't address the biggest issues in the off-season. There was nothing to get pumped up about. Last night was different. No limited minutes for star players, no too many men penalties from obsessive line matching, no switching to the 4th line after scoring, no rigid even split of a pp between the 1st and 2nd units, no playing not to lose, players being utilized as intended by Dubas, players actually looking interested, and so on. The season just started for me. |
i wonder how many of you are awake for this game today lol |
