Fuck Carolina and their goalie coach for ruining Lack's career.
I mean their goalie coach didn’t do him any favours, but he had hip problems even before joining the Canucks. He had season-ending hip surgery the year before he made the team.
It’s too bad, Eddie seems like a super nice guy. Hopefully retirement treats him well.

Listening to the radio yesterday when 650 had him on. He said he was going to be a realtor in retirement and said being a goalie coach wasn't challenging enough for him.
I thought that was a bit weird and then he said he is part owner of a local gaming group? Gamerzarena or something like that?

Their goalie apparently had Lack start to play a completely different style than the one he was used to in Vancouver that gave him success. That'd be like starting at a new company and having your manager tell you to forget everything and learn from scratch.

I know that. Rollie had him playing deep, using his size, and controlling his movement (which obviously lessens wear and tear on his hips) and Carolina’s GC had him playing aggressively, which was taxing on his body and his body didn’t hold up well. But it still would’ve happened eventually. Maybe he gets another season or two out of his career had that not been the case.
Most people I assume click New Post to refresh so the topic itself and people's participation detemines the traffic, not which section it is placed in. Proper section, which is obviously sports in this case, helps people to find it after its inactive for a while.

Nope. I go to my UserCP subscriptions first, then to off-topic, then to Vancouver Auto Chat, and then that's it. I never go into New Posts.
