When I played jr hockey it was common that the players would throw up during a good bag skate during tryouts. That is the whole point of the early season bag skate beat the fuck out of your cardio to get you ready for the season.

The bag skate is brutal! Completing a conditioning skate in four intervals of forty seconds or less for the players.
-definitely do not eat a big breakfast like a Grand Slam at Denny’s during training camp.

^of course term is the issue but when u got Kaprizov and Dahlin getting what they got and imo Petey and Quinn are better than these guys, there bridge deals just got more expensive.

Channel 626 on Shaw. It shows as scheduled to be recorded on my PVR. No idea why........ I guess setting from last season?

Seattle is icing what's considered to be their full NHL Roster tonight (minus one player). So if you're watching tonight, we're likely going to lose lol. Half of our roster is in Calgary for tmrw's game and of course, Petey and Hughes still aren't signed.
side note: the game will be on streams tonight

The best part last night was Seattle's announcers as the end, talking about how great they looked and if they keep playing the way they did they are going to have a real promising season... I guess they didn't realize the Canucks had 4 NHL players when they had basically their entire team playing lol
